Majority of our clothing run true to size. If there is variance or concern about how something runs our size chart is a very generic guide and the product description would inform you exactly how the specific item runs. If you believe that you are between sizes and aren't sure we suggest going up a size.

Priority Shipping: $14.00 (2-3 business days)

Next Day Shipping: $40.00 (1 business day)

Local Delivery: $10.00 ( same day or next day)

We utilize USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out if you choose Free Shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed.

All packages REQUIRE a signature, and the name and address on the package must match billing information. Failure to comply will result in a refund being issued. If no one is home to receive the package please contact your local USPS office to schedule a time to pick up the package. If it is not picked up in a timely matter, the package will be returned back to our company and the customer will be responsible for the expenses to ship the package again.

STANDARD SHIPPING (1-2 DAYS PROCESSING) - RATES WILL BE DETERMINED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON ADDRESS AND ORDER WEIGHT.

You will receive an email confirmation  containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to info@shopshecouture.com

Please be mindful that orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

After an order is received and once an order has been processed it CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. If you have questions about shipping and delivery please send an email to info@shopshecouture.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Shopshecouture.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. SheCouture Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, international shipping is unavailable.

PICK UP INFORMATION

All local pick-up orders must be picked up within 72 hours (3-days) of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the customer being contacted regarding package being shipped. Failure to get in contact with the customer, will result in A return and charged A 15% restocking fee. The 15% will be deducted from your return.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • Standard Shipping can take 5-7 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.

  • Priority Shipping can take 2-3 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.

  • Overnight Shipping to qualify must be submitted before 2 pm anything after is not guaranteed for overnight shipping.

  • We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

  • HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes fastest shipping method at checkout.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When your order has been shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. You can also track your package via USPS. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations. Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

PROCESSING INFORMATION

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can possibly take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate that doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your package within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is FULLY entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. Failure to reach you will result in your order being canceled and your money refunded to you.

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order. If there is a case where your shipping address is entered incorrectly, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We will try our best to fix your address however, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. SheCouture does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit that you can use towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted via our online returns center:

Items must be in original condition. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

RETURNS PROCESS

Once your return is submitted via our online portal here, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To re-iterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will sure a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Bodysuits, swimwear and white pieces are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

RETURN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may sell out of an item. If this happen we will notify you via email.

 

For your items to be considered for exchange they MUST:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and not damaged.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear with all tags still attached.

  • ANY WORN OR DAMAGED/ALTERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PACKAGE ARRIVAL, if not reported within that time frame we will not issue credit.

 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDIT  ON WHITE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS, AND ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS!

 

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling of both the items that are being returned and the item that is being shipped to them, return shipping will not be refunded.

 

( It is to our companies discretion to decide whether or not store credit would be given).

Merchandise cannot be returned if personalized, used, washed or worn.

Please allow up to 10 days for processing your returns.

May I pay for my items via cash app?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept cash app as one of our forms of payment. We accept payments via square POS, PayPal, cash, sezzle, afterpay.
