RETURNS

**NO REFUNDS**

Unfortunately, all purchases are FINAL, we do not do refunds or exchanges for other items. However, we do honor exchanges for sizing purposes. Meaning, if a customer purchased an item that is too small or too big, that customer can exchange that SAME item for a different size.

Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may sell out of an item. If this happen we will notify you via email.

If you would need to exchange due to sizing purposes, please complete the return card that is sent with your package.

For your items to be considered for exchange they MUST:

• Items must be sent back in PERFECT CONDITION in the packaging that it was received in.

• Return packages must be received within 5 (FIVE) business days of the date your order was received.

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and not damaged.

• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear with all tags still attached.

• ANY WORN OR DAMAGED/ALTERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PACKAGE ARRIVAL, if not reported within that time frame we will not issue credit.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDIT  ON WHITE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS, AND ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS!

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling of both the items that are being returned and the item that is being shipped to them, return shipping will not be refunded.

( It is to our companies discretion to decide whether or not store credit would be given).

Merchandise cannot be returned if personalized, used, washed or worn.

You are responsible for selecting your shipping carrier and method for your return(s). SHECOUTURE BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

RECEIVING CREDIT ON YOUR RETURN

We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned product at the address provided by our Customer Support team. The number of days the credit will post will depend on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS

If the purchase was made via Paypal then the refund will return to the Paypal account used to purchase. This will appear as a credit in your Paypal account which you can use to make a purchase or request to withdraw from Paypal to your bank account. Login to your Paypal account to get started.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges. But please feel free to contact our customer service team at  and a customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly to make things right.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and send them to , and please include your order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions once the form has been submitted.

May I pay for my items via cash app?

• Unfortunately, we do not accept cash app as one of our forms of payment. We accept payments via square POS, PayPal, and cash.

What size is your model?

• In height she is about 5'3 weigh 142 pounds. Size 7-9 normally wears size Medium.

How does the Mystery Box work? What if I do not like my items?

• The boxes will contain 4/5(randomly picked items from our store) some items are from the previous inventory some items are looks we never got a chance to drop. ALL BOXES ARE FINAL SALE! No refunds or Exchange! These boxes are good for gifting and great treats for yourself.

• These boxes may include swimsuits, jumpsuits, dresses, sets, bottoms, tops, etc.
